Sunny Takhar<\/h2>\n

Founding Partner & Project Manager<\/h3>\n

Sunny Takhar is the Founding Partner and Project Manager for 360 Building Group. He\u2019s at the helm of a 30+ year old, family owned and operated group of companies specializing in residential renovation and new builds, along with commercial construction: 360 Home Renovations, 360 Dream Homes, and 360 Building Centre.<\/p>\n

Under the wing of his father Bill Takhar, an experienced carpenter turned entrepreneur, Sunny, along with his brother Parveer, began managing dozens of new residential and commercial projects across B.C. In 2013, he founded 360 Home Renovations.<\/p>\n

Sunny rapidly expanded into major restoration, and acquired his father\u2019s company. Since 2013, he and Parveer have completed development projects involving land acquisition, full renovations, and sales of multi-family custom homes.<\/p>\n

Sunny is inspired by the architecture he comes across during his travels. In his spare time, he also enjoys walking his dog, playing golf and tennis, cycling the Vancouver seawall, and working on classic cars.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Parveer Takhar<\/h2>\n

Partner & Project Director<\/h3>\n

Parveer Takhar is the Partner and Project Director for 360 Building Group, a 30+ year old family of companies specializing in residential renovation and new builds, along with commercial construction: 360 Home Renovations, 360 Dream Homes, and 360 Building Centre. Not even 30 years old, he has followed in the footsteps of his father Bill Takhar, an experienced carpenter turned entrepreneur.<\/p>\n

Parveer spent several years working in sales for a building supply store, becoming one of the youngest employees to specialize in lumber sales. His knowledge in construction and building materials led him to start a business as a finishing carpenter, and manage projects with his brother, Sunny, who founded 360 Home Renovations in 2013.<\/p>\n

The business grew at a rapid pace, completing development projects involving land acquisition, full renovations, and sales of multi-family custom homes. With his experience in Project Management, cost estimation, and real estate, Parveer has played a key role in the development side of 360 Dream Homes.<\/p>\n

In his spare time, Parveer likes to work out, travel, play golf and tennis, and fix classic cars with his father and brother.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
